The project will deliver a diverse range of rental homes, from studio to three-bedroom units, supporting inclusive and affordable living options on the North Shore.
Hall Mechanical Services is proud to be the prime mechanical contractor for this project, delivering the complete mechanical scope including plumbing, hydronics, HVAC, Controls, refrigeration and mechanical insulation. Our team brings extensive experience and coordination expertise to complex, multi-disciplinary projects of this scale.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025, with project completion anticipated in 2029.
