Bailey Multi-Family Residential Development
Bailey is a multi-family residential development located in the Little Mountain neighbourhood of Vancouver, B.C. Developed by StreetSide Developments B.C. Ltd., the project delivers modern urban housing with a focus on quality, comfort, and long-term performance.
The Bailey amenities include bicycle storage, EV-charging readiness, and shared indoor and outdoor community spaces. Built to Step 4 of the BC Energy Step Code, the building prioritizes reduced energy use, improved efficiency, and increased occupant comfort.
On this project Hall Mechanical Services proudly completed the installation of plumbing, HVAC and fire protection services. The HVAC system includes energy-efficient VRF heating and cooling, and individual suite HRV units that provide balanced ventilation and improved indoor air quality.
