Dunbar at 39th Mixed-Use Development
Hall Mechanical Services was proud to be the prime mechanical contractor on Dunbar at 39th, a four-story mixed-use development by Wesgroup located at Dunbar Street and West 39th Avenue.
This thoughtfully designed project by Yamamoto Architecture contributes to the continued growth and vibrancy of the Dunbar neighborhood, combining street-level retail with high-quality residential living above.
Our scope of work included the complete mechanical systems for the building, highlighted by a full hydronic system that supports comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance throughout the development. The project features ground-level retail units, four residences at the northwest portion of the building, and 25 condominium homes across three upper floors.
Hall Mechanical Services was excited to play a key role in delivering this project and supporting a development that enhances the character of the community while meeting modern residential and commercial needs.
