Vancouver International Airport (YVR) Core Project

In collaboration with EllisDon, the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) Core Project is one of the largest expansion projects Hall is currently working on. This multi-faceted project includes:

• a new central utility building
• a new ground transportation facility
• relocation and installation of new utilities
• installation of electrical duct-bank and district energy piping (connecting the central utility building to the Terminal)

Hall's scope of work includes:

• excavation of both buildings
• construction of two pump stations
• all utility relocates
• installation of all new utilities including electrical duct-banks, district energy pipes
• backfill around the buildings
• tunnelling across the main road
• demolition of existing pump station and associated works
